–April: Spring clean-up

–May, June, July, Aug, Sep, Oct:
Weekly maintenance:
-lawn maintenance: lawn mowing and edging
-clean up parking lot areas
-clean up sidewalks and patios
-clean up flowerbeds
-weeding flowerbeds
-loosening soil in flowerbeds

Other maintenance:
– trimming shrubs and bushes as necessary

–Nov: Fall clean-up (cleaning-up leaves and general cleaning)
